Bourgeois Family
Chardonnay: A custom project made in partnership with Thierry Rodriguez (Mas Gabinele) in Veyran, Languedoc. The domaine is comprised exclusively of older Chardonnay vines (20+ yrs old). These are lovingly planted in a terroir of silty sand and beneficiate from the Mediterranean climate. The vines are trained in the Guyot fashion and have yields of 18.55hl/acre. The harvest is de-stemmed and the juice is drained and pressed using a pneumatic press, it is racked at 39°F. Fermentation occurs over three weeks at a controlled temperature (64°F) to extract the maximum amount of aromatic material.
Grenache Syrah: A custom, project made in partnership with Nicolas Baptiste from Domaine de la Serre in Maury. A blend of 65% Grenache (40+ years old) and 35% Syrah (15 years old) from vines growing on chalky-clay, granite and schistes soils from vineyards located at the bottom of the Queribus castle on the most prestigious terroir of the Roussillon, Maury. Yields are about 20 hl/ha.

Chardonnay Vin de Pays d'Oc
This wine of 100% unoaked Chardonnay is made from the vines hidden deep in the hinterlands of Languedoc. The vines are nourished by a silt and sand subsoil, which makes the wine very rich and long on the palate with a refreshing finish. A delightful wine, very expressive of white flowers and lemon, with spicy notes. This liquid gold, a captive within your glass, is best enjoyed with seafood, poultry, and exotic cuisines.

Grenache Syrah Vin de Pays des Cotes Catalanes
This GRENACHE (65%) – SYRAH (35%) gem hails from the sunny vineyards of the Roussillon region in French Catalonia. Ideally located on the hillsides of the Pyrenees right by the Mediterranean sea, the grapes (from 15 to 45 years old low yielding vines on chalky, clay, granite & schiste soils) benefit from the perfect combination between the climate and terroir. A rich, intense wine with an opulent nose of ripe red berries, a smooth, full mouthfeel and a soft, spicy, lingering finish. It will marry perfectly with your grilled meats & more hearty foods. Serve between 60 & 65F
